I use this program mostly every day to pull airchecks, it works great, several ways to search and different filters to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does not take much to throw the entire campaign completely off and a normal user will not know what action they performed wrong. The customer service department is AI powered, which means if you have a question or concern that does not fit in to the algorithm, you will have to wait for an actual human to jump on the chat. After that they rarely will have immediately answers to the questions or issues you have immediately. In short, Veritone should make the platform less venerable for end users to make mistakes.
